Glydr is a startup located in Dallas, Texas, specializing in game controllers. We are revolutionizing the gaming experience by enabling players to use their feet for in-game movement. Currently, gamers rely mostly on hand-operated peripherals. But if you think about how effectively we use our feet in activities such as driving or drumming, it is clear there is an opportunity to unlock the untapped potential of the feet in video game play. Imagine a gaming experience where your feet are no longer idle but transformed into a dynamic and exhilarating input source for PCs, game consoles, and beyond. Glydr's product stands out from previous foot devices, with an innovative design that prioritizes ergonomics and utilizes natural foot movements. We have successfully demonstrated the intuitive nature and precise control capabilities of our prototypes. Our innovation has been recognized with patents granted in the United States, Japan, China, and South Korea.
Gaming is our initial focus, but Glydr's technology is also applicable for virtual reality locomotion and for hands-free control of robots and unmanned vehicles. The controller is already being used by robotics companies including by a competitor in the ANA Avatar XPRIZE competition finals in November 2023.
We have a rock-solid team with experience in business, technology, and the game industry and we are on a mission to revolutionize how gamers interact with their favorite virtual worlds. We've made significant strides with our working prototypes to showcase the integration of foot movements into a wide variety of games including Rocket League, Fall Guys, Rainbow Siege, Madden, and more. And now, we're on the lookout for the perfect strategic investor/partner who shares our vision and can propel us to new heights.
Our "groundbreaking" products will redefine the way gaming is done, creating a whole new dimension of fun and engagement.
