Etheard Joseph is the Founder and Principal Consultant of ELEVATED Education Training & Esports Solutions LLC, where he helps schools build sustainable CTE programs, scholastic esports pathways, and teacher training systems.

With experience developing Hospitality & Tourism, Television Production, and four-year Scholastic Esports CTE pathways, Etheard specializes in helping educators turn student interest into structured learning, career readiness, and measurable outcomes. His work connects leadership, digital marketing, broadcast production, project management, entrepreneurship, digital citizenship, and industry certification into practical school-based programs.

Etheard’s approach begins with teacher training. He believes sustainable esports programs are not built by equipment alone; they are built by trained educators who understand how to manage programs, guide students, connect activities to career skills, and create meaningful learning outcomes.

Through professional development, implementation support, and practical coaching, Etheard helps teachers turn esports into an instructional model. Educators learn how to assign student roles, manage teams, develop broadcast and marketing projects, build student portfolios, support digital citizenship, and connect esports to CTE pathways.

As a CTE educator, teacher trainer, NASEF Scholastic Fellow, national esports workshop presenter, podcast host, and multidisciplinary artist, Etheard brings a unique blend of education, creativity, leadership, and program-building experience to every project.
