PLEASE REVIEW OUR EVENT POLICY BEFORE REGISTERING.

• The registration fee is due at the time of registration.
• Any return or refund requests for conference tickets must be sent via email to info@esportsta.org 72 hours/3 days before the event starts for a credit or exchange.
• Registered participants may transfer their registration to someone else without penalty.
• Attendees must have an active membership paid through 5/23/2025 to qualify for member rates and discounts.

During the registration process, attendees will be asked the following permission questions:

• Permissions Policy: By registering, you agree to receive ESTA communications and grant permission for ESTA to use event photography and video footage for educational and promotional purposes without compensation.
• Permission to Share Contact Information: Can we share your contact information [name, title, company, and email] with the conference sponsors and partners?
• Permission to be Listed on Attendee List: Would you like your name and company (no contact info) to be listed in the attendee list available for all conference participants during the meeting?
• Provide Acceptance of the ESTA Event Code of Conduct
