Randy Gross is an attorney with nearly 20 years of experience in government affairs. He has held multiple positions within state government including both the legislature and the executive branch. Prior to joining RMC, he managed the state government affairs of a multi-jurisdictional utility, advancing policies and development opportunities with governors, legislatures, and regulators across the country. Mr. Gross recognizes the complexities of highly regulated industries like gaming, cannabis, and energy and has focused his career working within this space and helping clients achieve their desired goals and great sound public policy.
