Our Event Policy

The registration fee is due at the time of registration.

  • Any return or refund requests for conference tickets must be sent via email to info@esportsta.org 72 hours/3 days before the event starts for a credit or exchange.
  • Registered participants may transfer their registration to someone else without penalty.
  • Attendees must have an active membership paid through 4/30/2026 to qualify for member rates and discounts.

Photography and Media Release: By registering for this event, you grant ESTA permission to photograph, film, and record your participation and to use such media for educational, promotional, and archival purposes without compensation. You may appear in photographs, video recordings, or other media produced during the event.

Privacy and Contact Information: ESTA will not sell your personal contact information to third parties. Your information may be shared with event sponsors and partners for networking purposes related to this event. You may opt out of information sharing during the registration process.
